1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

4. Withdrawals

4.3 Wagering Requirements on Bonuses

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on 177bel — including live casino, slots, cricket betting, roulette, crash games, and all other formats — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or betting market. In the event of any discrepancy between game-level rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence except where the game-level rules are more specific to that product.

Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet slip is issued, the odds are locked. 177bel reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, 177bel will follow the applicable game provider's ruling on how incomplete rounds are settled. Where no provider ruling is available, 177bel's decision will be final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 177bel platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multi-player format.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotional mechanics through hedged bets, multi-accounting, or coordinated abuse across accounts.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited and used on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

177bel reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or any other activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, real-money balances net of any applicable deductions will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the terms set out in our Responsible Gaming policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 177bel platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 177bel or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 177bel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 177bel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. If modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 177bel with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
